Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you're not completely satisfied, we’re happy to help you with returns and exchanges. 

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • The item must be in its original condition (unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged).

  • Items must be in their original packaging (where applicable).

  • Non-returnable items: Some products like personalized, intimate, or perishable goods cannot be returned. Please check the product description for specific details.

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at craig32171@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your item.

  3. Shipping the Return: Pack the item securely and include the RA number on the package. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or you received an incorrect item.

  4. Proof of Return: For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item without tracking.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item:

  • We will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy.

  • If everything is in order, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

4. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for damaged or incorrect items only. If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact our customer support team, and we’ll help you with the process.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will:

  • Provide a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

  • Cover the return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

7. Gift Returns

If you received an item as a gift and would like to return it, we can offer store credit for the return value. Please contact us for more information.
