2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.

We currently ship to the United States of America.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.

5. Delays & Lost Packages

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at craig32171@gmail.com and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and provide refund information.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
